Oswald font
About this font.
Oswald is a reinterpretation of the traditional style represented by the sans serif types known as 'Alternate Gothic.' Oswald's characters were redrawn and rebuilt at first to match the pixel grid of typical digital displays. Web browsers on desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices may utilize Oswald freely around the internet.
Vernon Adams continued to update Oswald until 2014, after the first launch in 2011. Based on user input, Vernon introduced Light and Bold weights, extended support for new Latin languages, improved spacing and kerning, and refined several glyphs across the family. Kalapi Gajjar and Alexei Vanyashin upgraded the family in 2016 to finish the work started by Vernon and include support for languages that utilize the Cyrillic character. It was modified in January 2019 with a changeable font Weight axis.
