You’re asking me for some examples: an example which comes to mind may be behaviour which is withdrawn. You’re feeling that the individual is depressed and unhappy, and finds it very difficult to work. That would be a depressive example. Another example would be a manic kind of situation where the individual expresses hyper-active behaviour, loss of sleep, and over-energised, which can dip into unreality as well. The third is the most blatant, and you don’t have to think very hard, you don’t have to be a psychiatrist or a psychologist, when the individual has just simply lost touch with reality and may be hearing voices which aren’t there, and may be involved in kinds of delusional behaviours”.

"A very blatant example would be the person just sitting there and not being able to engage themselves in verbal interaction, and physical interaction. The other, which I think I touched on, is concerning manic behaviour, would be over-excited, overly dramatic, and may stretch the bounds of reality to an unrealistic proportion”.
