Can I cancel or exchange my order?
When you return us an item(s), make sure the items are in their original condition. For more information please check out our returns policy.
Please note that, for hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer refunds for a product that has been opened out of the packaging and used or accidentally damaged. This does not affect your legal rights.
Incorrect Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returns Address - The return address for our partner is: Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.
If a product does not contain any defects, we will be unable to refund the order due to buyer’s remorse.
Size - We can provide a size exchange if required. However, two-way shipping costs will apply.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
For your security, we are unable to change the delivery address on orders once the checkout process has been completed. Please check your order carefully before clicking 'buy now'.
If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a secure location if possible. If not, your tracking information will be updated accordingly.
Do I have to pay a delivery charge?
Yes, the shipping cost is dependent on the size and weight of the product(s). We offer a fast delivery service for all customers who are based all over the world.

*Times for dispatch on the same day are estimated and count for orders placed between Monday to Friday.
Are there any other charges on my order?
In some countries, customers may be required to pay VAT and any applicable duties to the carrier.
Why haven't I received my order?
Delivery times can range from 7 days up to 28 days for non-tracked shipments. This depends on the country of delivery-to and production speed. You will be notified by email when your order has initialised its delivery process to your location.

If your order has surpassed the maximum estimated timeframe, please do contact us for assistance.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you do not need to register an account to place an order. On the checkout page, please select 'Continue as a Guest' to complete your purchase.
How do I change the details in my account?
Once registered log into your account to amend your password, email address or address details.
Why can't I sign into my account?
Please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered your account. If you have forgotten your password, just type your email address into the 'Forgotten your Password' box on the sign-in page. You can change your password, main email address or any of your other details at any time just by signing in to My Account.

How do I close my account?
If you would like to close your account please contact us, quoting the email address associated with your account in the 'Your Message' box.
How do I sign up for your newsletter?
Please enter your email address in the Newsletter Signup section of our website. This can be found near to the bottom of this page.
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Please contact us quoting 'unsubscribe' in the 'your message' box. We will remove you from our newsletter distribution list within 72 working hours.
